Build: Show Results At End

Build: Show Results At End

Overview

In Standard tests you can allow trained panelists to view their results and comments at the end of a section or at the end of a rep if any are defined within the test. Displaying results report to panelists at the end is useful for round table discussions (consensus testing).

If Partial Present feature is used, a report will show to every panelist at the end of the test, or at the end of a rep if applicable, regardless of the partial present block setup.

Question Compatibility

The Show results at end feature is compatible with the following question types:
  1. Category

  2. Line scales

  3. Numeric

  4. Comments
Other question types in Standard tests and other test types are not compatible with this feature.

Set The Test Up

First set your test up as  you normally would. After that you will work on enabling the results report to show to panelists.
  1. Create a Standard test from a template or from the Create a new test menu.

  2. Review the Overview tab and update as needed.

  3. Review the Samples & design tab and update as needed.

  4. In the Build tab, add the questions you need. If you would like to use the Show results at end feature, please ensure that you add at least one of the compatible question types described in the previous section.

  5. Review the Panelists tab and update as needed.

  6. Review all the tabs in the Logistics tab and update as needed.

  7. At this point you are welcome to use the Review tab to preview the test and when happy with it, go to the next set of steps for enabling the report for panelists to see.

Enable Report

  1. Go to the Build tab of your test and click Training & feedback.

  2. On the right side of the screen, click the Show results at end tab.

  3. Toggle the Show results at end of test option to Show. A list of various options will display to you. Some options are of a general nature, independent of the question types included in the report, while others are specific to the question types included in the test.

Set The Report's General Options

The first set of options on the screen are of a general nature, independent of the question types included in the report. Choose what your panelists will be able to see and do on the report screen.

Set Options For Questions/Attributes

In addition to the general options for this report, you can specify what you want to display to panelists at the attribute level, and you can decide whether you wish to display their comments to them or not.

If your scenario requires functionality that is currently not available in our Show results at end feature, please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.
