When you purchase Compusense sensory evaluation software, you get more than a product: you get the assurance of award-winning technical support. When you reach out for help, our highly trained team will work quickly and efficiently to answer your questions or troubleshoot your issue.

Support hours are Monday to Friday -  4:00AM to 6:00PM (Eastern Time). Holiday coverage may be reduced and is a subject to change.

Description


Submit a ticket with your request and we will receive it and address it in an email format.

The ticketing feature can be accessed from two areas:
  1. The Help. At the bottom of the Help side bar, click the Tickets icon and submit your request.

  1. The Support Centre. The Help side bar is great for quick search and navigation, but you might find it more useful to open specific articles in a full page view. While in an article in the Help side bar, in the top right-hand corner, click on the icon with an arrow. Try it out!


At the bottom of the full page view of an article, click the Submit a ticket button.


Chat live with our team during our Support hours. Any chat requests submitted outside the Support hours will still be received by the team and will be addressed in an email format.

The Chat feature can be accessed from three areas:
  1. Compusense Information menu. Click the question mark icon > Chat.

  1. The Help. Click the question mark icon > Help. At the bottom of the Help side bar, click the Chat icon.

  1. The Support Centre. The Help side bar is great for quick search and navigation, but you might find it more useful to open specific articles in a full page view. While in an article in the Help side bar, in the top right-hand corner, click on the icon with an arrow. Try it out!
