Overview
The Results area allows you to view Graphs and Data, sort Comments and create Reports to download or send to colleagues. There are also advanced features that will allow you to delete sample sets, set sample sets to complete and edit results. Use the filter option to further enhance your analysis.
You can analyze data during data collection or upon completion of your test.
The results area features the following tabs:
Results
Obtain a very quick and clear overview of important information in your test.
A visual representation of the first key question in your test will be displayed.
Graphs
Generate a visual representation of data. The graph type displayed depends on the question type selected. Comment Visualization graphs, Word Cloud and Text Networks are also available here.
Use the left and right sliding panes to customize the view. Save the changes as new defaults for you by clicking Save as Default.
Manage the missing data display in the Graphs by making the desired selection in the Results > Create report > Select options > Use zero for missing data .
View the raw data and totals in a table format.

The Comment Sorting tab is available in tests that have at least one
Comment question.
Sort your comments by creating tags. Tags can be applied automatically or manually.
In the Graph tab you will be able to apply your Comment sorting. In the Reports tab you will be able to select the Comment sorting Report.
Comment Sorting is an advanced feature available in full subscriptions only.
Reports
The Reports tab is used to Create a Report, view Recent Reports and view Scheduled Reports.
- Create Report - Select a report type of your choice and customize the report to meet your analysis needs. You can download the report or schedule the report to be sent at a later time or when a specified number of results have been collected.
- Recent Reports - Reports will be available for 1 week after creation.
- Scheduled Reports - View all scheduled reports for a test.
Scheduled Reports is an advanced feature available in full subscriptions only.
Advanced
Use the Advanced menu items below to accomplish the following:
- Delete Sample Sets - Select sample sets that you wish to delete and click Delete Selected Sample Sets . You will be prompted to provide a reason for this action.
- Set Sample Sets to Complete - Select sample sets that you wish to mark as complete and click Set Selected Sample Sets to Complete. You will be prompted to provide a reason for this action.
- Edit Results - Manually Edit results or Swap samples for 1 or more panelists. You will be prompted to provide a reason for this action.
Deleting sample sets, setting sample sets to complete and editing results are irreversible actions. Please create a clone of your test keeping results in it and make the changes in the clone.
Filters
To further enhance your analysis, use the tabs to filter the data on one, two, three or all four of these items:
- Sample Sets - Select Complete to include only complete sample sets or select Complete & In progress to include all sample sets. Individually select sample sets to include and exclude by using the checkmarks.
- Samples - Use the checkmarks to include and exclude samples from the analysis.
- Reps - Use the checkmarks to include and exclude reps from the analysis.
Filtering data by Reps is an advanced feature available in full subscriptions only.
- More - Use the dropdown to filter data on Sample Related Questions, Sample Position a Demographic Question in your test and/or a field in your Panelist Library. The options available here will depend on the test type as well as the type of questions in your test.
