Search for Panelists Based on Their Activity

Search for Panelists Based on Their Activity

Overview

The panelist search feature is very useful when:

Considerations

Among other options, in your panelist search criteria you can specify the number of days since panelists' last activity. This optional choice is called  Minimum days from tests and scheduled sittings

This criterion compares the current date against each of the following:

  • Sitting date  - if the panelist is scheduled for a sitting. The Sitting date will not be taken into consideration if the panelist was excused from the product test linked to the Schedule or if they declined their participation.

In schedules with multi-visit groups, each sittings' date is considered as an activity.
  • Schedule start date  - if the panelist confirmed participation in a HUT (Home Use Test) Schedule  and  a product test has not been linked to the Schedule at the time of search.

  • Present to Web date in a product test  - if the panelist is included in a product test and not excused from it or has not declined it, regardless of their status in a Schedule. The product test must have a design added.

Panelists whose activities mentioned above took place within the specified number of days will be excluded from the search results. E.g. If in your panelist search you enter 60 in the  Minimum days from tests and scheduled sittings  box, the search results will include all panelists who:

  • Have not participated in any product tests in the last 60 days.

  • Have not been scheduled for a sitting 60 days before or 60 days after (in the future) the current date.

Other Considerations:

  • Deleted Schedules are not included in the search.

  • Deleted product tests are not included in the search.

  • Panelist participation in Assessor testing is not considered as an activity.
