Rewards Library
Overview
The Rewards library is a place where you can keep and manage rewards for panelists. In combination with the incentives system, your panelists can redeem their points by themselves for rewards that you prepare for them.
Integrations are available with Love2shop, Yesty, Tremendous, and Tango. Please reach out to our Support team if you are interested in incorporating any of these providers with your incentives system.

Rewards Library Functionality

Analysts can view points redemption transactions performed by panelists in two places:
- Incentive transactions report. All analysts with permissions to view the Panelists library - regardless of whether they have access to the Rewards library or not - can generate this report and see an indicator for panelists who redeemed their points for rewards. This report does not show any reward codes.
- Transaction history tab. This tab can be found on the Panelist card. Analysts with access to the Rewards library can see both the redemption indicator and the codes a panelist redeemed. Analysts without access to the Rewards library can see when points were redeemed but cannot see the codes.
