View Active Analyst Users List

Overview

To assist with the analyst user maintenance, subscription holders can request access to the list of active analyst users for their Compusense subscription. Subscription holders can also approve other analyst users to receive permissions to view the list of active analyst users for the groups they have access to.

This feature is very useful for keeping the analyst list up to date. It is our clients' responsibility to inform Compusense when an analyst no longer needs access to the software, for security and data integrity reasons.

Please contact Compusense Support Team to grant you and/or someone else the permission to view active analyst list.

The workflow on this page can be followed by those that have been granted the access to the list.

Generate The Active Analyst Users List

  1. In Compusense, from the black ribbon at the top, select the gear icon.

  2. Click Active analyst users. The list will generate on the screen with data sorted by the Username column in the ascending order. You can click on the Username column to sort by it in the descending order.

Click on a different column header of your choice to sort by that column in the ascending order. Click again on the same column to sort by it in the descending order.

  3. If desired, rearrange the columns by dragging and dropping them in the positions that work best for your viewing needs.

  4. Use the Column picker to hide/display columns.

Report Details

Review all the analysts' information displayed to you for accuracy. If there are any details that are not correct, or some analysts are no longer with the company (or changed roles within the company and no longer require access to Compusense), please contact Compusense Support Team immediately with the relevant details requesting to update the accounts accordingly. You will not be able to make user changes; the Support Team will do that.
