Compusense Monthly Maintenance Windows

Overview

Compusense strives to provide the best possible service to our clients. To ensure all systems and software components are functioning correctly, regular server maintenance is required.  

Our maintenance windows are scheduled to start at  10 pm  Eastern Time . As maintenance tasks can vary from month to month, the times are not confirmed until closer to the maintenance window. 

All active analyst users will receive an email approximately two weeks before the maintenance is to be completed with a reminder of the date, time and approximate length of the interruption. We strongly advise that you schedule your testing around these times to ensure your testing is not disrupted.
