Overview
The reporting that Compusense provides plays an important role when using our
FCM feature in your panel training process. In this workflow we will learn how to access and understand the details from the
Hits and misses report.
The Hits and misses report includes the frequency count that indicates how often the
target was hit versus how many opportunities there were to hit it. Use the Hits and misses report to see the overall performance of your panel
as well as the performance of individual panelists in relation to the
targets or ranges set for each product's attributes. The report shows
the frequency of counts of panelists whose responses are within range,
and identifies the panelist scores that are out of range.

Hits And Misses Report Details
The report includes several tables, depending on the options you selected when generating the report. We will review here all of the available tables and details in them.
Overall in Range by Attribute
In this table you can see the counts and percentages of observations in range for each attribute.
Overall in Range by Panelist
This table shows a list of all panelists included in the report that completed their sample set, shows their total number of attributes in range and the percentage of attributes in range per panelist.
Attribute Summaries
There are two attribute summary tables for every attribute: attribute summary by sample and attribute summary by panelist.
- The attribute summary by sample displays each sample that had targets and ranges set for them, the scale end values for scale questions, the targets and ranges in the brackets, the count of observations in range, and the last column displays the usernames of panelists that did not score the sample within the range and in brackets displays their score.
- The attribute summary by panelist displays a list of all panelists included in the report that completed their sample set (their usernames, names and sample set numbers), their observations in range for the attribute for all samples that had targets and ranges set for the attribute, and the last column displays the percentage value of the observations in range.
