Tetrad test is a discrimination test type. A back to back Tetrad test can be executed on the same two samples (reps), or on different two samples. When the objective is to evaluate completely different two samples back to back, you can do that in one
section, or you can do that in multiple sections.
To use one section, you would need an experimental design that will rotate the samples properly for you. In this video we are covering the steps for setting up a back to back Tetrad test in 2 sections rather than in one. The same strategy can be applied if you need to run more than 2 back to back Tetrad tests, and the same strategy can be applied in other Discrimination test types where you need to evaluate different pairs, triads, or tetrads of samples.
