Print Ballot

Print Ballot

Overview

Compusense software's primary purpose is to collect data electronically and provide built-in analysis. However, you do have the option to print the ballot (to print the questionnaire) in a .PDF format, if necessary.

This feature is for reporting purposes only, it does not provide any sample or panelist information.

  • From within your test in Compusense, click on the "Build" tab.

  • Above any of your questions, locate and click on the "Preview page" button  to open the question preview.

If you have a test with translations added, you  can choose which language to preview the questionnaire in.

  • On the left side of the screen, click on the "<" button to hide the list of questions in your test.

  • In your browser, click on the options button from your browser and click "Print".

Different browser might have different way of getting to the print option.
You can always use Ctrl P keys on your keyboard to bring up the printing menu.

  • In the "Print" window, select "Destination > Save as PDF" and ensure that the option "Background graphics" is selected.

  • Click "Save" and save the file to a location on your local or network drive for further distribution
