Data is based on the results of a one-way ANOVA.
- x-axis . p-value
- y-axis . MSE value
- Legend: Panelist names . Symbols for each of the selected attributes.
- Legend: Other . All data points are for all attributes and panelists are provided in each graph but only those pertinent to the specified graph are identified in the legend.
A low p-value indicates a high discriminating ability of the attribute.
A low MSE value indicates a high repeatability of responses of the attribute across sessions.
Example Conclusion
Noel Crabtree has a low p-value but higher MSE for Fresh Apple Aroma indicating high discriminating ability, but the responses were not well replicated across the sessions. We already know he flipped the scale for this attribute from the Crossover Table, but this further shows that he was still able to discriminate by the Fresh Apple Aroma attribute.
